All States offers solutions for any type and size of project. Each is managed in the same manner whether it is a raw land site or an upgrade to an existing site. We will do what is necessary to ensure that it is handled in a professional manner. Our clients needs are of upmost importance and All States understands that each project must be managed in a cost effective manner.
We offer complete due diligence services on all work. The team will work through all phases of ordering and reviewing titles, surveys, NEPA and Phase I & II Environmental Assessments, FCC and FAA forms and filings. Additional services include completing NTP and project close out packages, photo simulations and submission of progress reports.
Interfacing and compliance and with Government Agencies is a key element in site acquisition. Knowing how each entity operates and using proper procedures is critical. All States will work with these agencies including but not limited to:- Environmental Protection Agency

The development of a site is perplexing and requires the ability to clearly identify and refine critical items that allows us to reach a quick consensus. A determination can then be made if the outstanding issues can be addressed economically.
