We will track all site activities to ensure that construction standards and deadlines are met or exceeded. There will be one project manager who will work with the client keeping them informed on progress and milestones. AS will give updates as requested and will communicate as required any developments that occur during the project.
All States has significant experience in Cell Site Development and understands what is necessary for successful Cell Site Construction Management. All States will ensure that all tasks of the construction are completed including:
- Project pre-planning meetings
- Verification of permit process and coordination with the municipality
- Utility coordination
- Review survey and and geotechnical information
- Equipment Management
- Compound Expansion
- Third Party Inspection
- Punch List Completion
