Wissam Zalzali
President – M.S. P.E. MASCE
Wissam graduated from Concordia University in Montreal in 2000 with a Bachelor of Engineering – Concentration in Structures, and a Masters Degree from California State Fullerton in 2014 – Concentration in Geotechnical.
He started his career in the wireless industry working at Tectonic Engineering P.C. in 2001 as a staff engineer in the structural department. In 2004, Mr. Zalzali moved to California and continued his career in telecom as a Project Engineer. He obtained his California Professional Engineer License in 2007 and formed Zalzali & Associates, Inc. dba All States Engineering & Surveying, providing a variety of engineering services to various notable clients.
Currently Mr. Zalzali holds Professional Engineering Licenses in 44 States and overseas the daily operation and management of the Architectural, Engineering and Surveying Departments.
He is also a part time Civil Engineering instructor at California State University in Fullerton teaching entry to senior level courses including Autocad, Dynamics, Structural Steel Design and Design of Civil Engineering Structures.
Rami Marza
CFO M.A.E
Rami graduated from Wichita State University in 2002 with a Master Degree in Economics / Financial Economics. His career began in the banking sector in 2003 where he worked with local and international banks in the Middle East as he was promoted to Head of Treasury at one of the top three banks in that region. His key role was to optimize the use of excess funds while ensuring holistic risk management. To secure such responsibilities, he was a member of: ALCO (Asset-Liability Committee), AML (Anti-Money Laundering) and RMC (Risk Management Committee). The treasury department succeeded under his supervision in tripling its revenue while minimizing the bank exposure to the fluctuations of the international financial markets. Moving back to the US he began his career at All States as a VP of Finance bringing his experience to a non-financial institution by providing financial advice and support to clients, shareholders and management.
Dean Walker
A&E Program Manager
Dean has 20 years of architectural experience in the wireless telecom, residential design and commercial design industry. Over the years he has managed multiple projects that include thousands of Cell sites, Residential projects and Commercial design build.
Streamlining the drawing process for these industries and keeping high quality has always been a top priority for him, along with adapting to any client or jurisdictional needs so that the projects are completed on time and profitable.
Dean has managed many projects including the Sprint Wireless rollout in Houston Texas, T-Mobile Southern California rollout, Cingular project (LA Metro Area), Centex Homes (North Las Vegas), Clearwire rollout in the Los Angeles and San Diego markets, Sprints NV Launch in the San Francisco Bay and Central California markets, AT&T 1C/2C/3C/WCS LTE in the Northern and Southern California markets along with many other clients and markets throughout years.
Nathaniel Crawford
Project Manager
Nathaniel has been involved with Architecture and Engineering since 1985, starting at Okimoto-Siu Architects and Associates in Santa Ana, CA. He has worked in several fields over many years, with the last fifteen primarily in telecommunications. Nat’s telecommunications experience traces back as far as Page Net and LA Cellular, prior to the advent of computer-aided drafting, but work was mainly focused on Hospitality and Institutional Architecture at that time. Nathaniel entered wireless telecom in 1999, designing and mitigating the Utah to San Jose portion of the AT&T Transcontinental Fiber project, then designing various MLA Sites for an anchor tenants and future collocations. His first leadership position in telecom was at a company now known as Velocitel. Having worked in so many locations and various types of towers, Nat has become an authority on State and Federal Compliance Construction in the Telecommunications Industry. This knowledge along with his cross-training gives him unique abilities in the Architectural, Survey, Structural, Electrical, Mechanical, Landscape/Land Management, and EMF/RF Engineering fields. Nat also has extensive background in dealing with the Division of State Architects (DSA) and OSHPD in California which streamlines the process from beginning to end.
Christopher Shellito
Director, Site Acquisition
Christopher brings to All States over twenty years of wireless and telecommunications experience in real estate, site acquisition, leasing, zoning, and property and project management. Christopher also has served as in-house counsel for Nextel Communications and once had a private law practice focusing on business/contract litigation, bankruptcy, labor, real estate, and criminal law. Chris also has a Masters in Business Administration, along with his Law Degree.
Over the years Christopher was involved in well over a thousand real estate projects, including new raw land site acquisitions, site upgrades, and small cell deployments. From beginning to end, he was active in all stages, from site acquisition to the finished project. Carriers and companies worked for include Tillman Infrastructure, Verizon, Goodman Networks, General Dynamics, Sprint-Nextel, Nextel Communications and AT&T Wireless.
Tuan Le
Engineering Project Manager
Tuan has a Masters Degree of Science, with a concentration in Structural Engineering and Mechanical Structures. At the early state of his career, he dedicated his time as a teaching assistant and research assistant. His engineering research includes the retrofitting of damaged building structures with carbon fiber reinforced polymer, and the behavior of high strength-high performance concrete for the California Department of Transportation. His experience also expands to residential renovation, and information technology systems such as COMP TIA & CISCO. In 2014, he began his career with Zalzali & Associates, Inc. dba as All States Engineering & Surveying and is responsible for the design, structural analysis, and retrofitting of communication structures for wireless telecommunication sites (towers, buildings, foundations, rooftops, etc.). He is currently managing and tracking engineering projects, coordinating with CAD design team members in preparation of construction drawings, and performs site visits as needed to document field conditions for modification projects.
Jay Ambrozy
Project Manager
Jay has managed over 500 plus wireless and broadcast tower projects including the conversion of the John Hancock Building in Chicago from Analog to HDTV Service. Field work projects include the development of the Port Authority/NYPD emergency services system along with the Port Authority Rail System in New York City and upstate New York.
Various wireless projects include the market launch of MetroPCS in the Michigan market, iPCS foot print, AT&T, Verizon Wireless, Nextel and Centennial Wireless systems from initial market launches through network upgrades in the Midwest.
Jay is a graduate of Wayne State University in Detroit combined with field training in civil engineering, leasing, zoning, network design and high power broadcast via BBC Engineering Services.
